Angela Sun is a journalist documentarian, sportscaster and TV host. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster, who has received accolades for her work on Santa Clara County California was born on the 19th of October 1979. She has a master's degree in sociology and communications from the University of California. Sun was an excellent surfer who took part in many pro-am surf events. This led her to receive sponsorship from major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, among others. She was launched into entertainment due to the attention she was awarded. In the following years, she was an actress, sportscaster, investigative filmmaker, journalist and reporter. Sun has been employed by a variety of news channels mainly as anchor. She was also the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. She also hosted American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley in 2012. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute for the season 2014. She was the sole Asian-American to appear in the ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun is a regular in a number of films and has received recognition and praise for her acting skills. Sun has worked with films like Goliath 2016 (Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway, 2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. In 2014 Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch an feature-length documentary about plastic pollution in the oceans and the impact it has on the ecosystem. Sun wrote, directed and produced herself.
