Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) she is an English artist and singer. The infectious electronic music of Ellie Goulding rapidly pushed her into the top charts once she drew the attention of people in the year the year 2010. She was able to do this with the singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has an unique soprano voice and has a talent of writing songs with emotional positive lyrics. Much like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's at the forefront in the world of mainstream and the artful independent music.
